I bring Mad Love for Avocado. I actually do. All kinds of recipes amongst Avocado - I LOVE. Some of my favorites are Grilled Cheese amongst Avocado Toasties, Baked Avocado Eggs, Avocado in addition to Guacamole Toasts in addition to etc.....and recently, I thought, why non add together it to brand a smoothie?
After closed to experiments, I in conclusion got it - the perfect Creamy Avocado Green Smoothie <3 It was then practiced in addition to filling, amongst all the nutrition I take away to ability upwards my workouts!
Ingredients
Avocado x 1/2
Banana x 1/2 (can last frozen if you lot desire the smoothie to last creamier - simply personally I am non a big fan of icy drinks inwards the wintertime then I used a fresh ane instead)
Baby Spinach x 1/2 cup
Mint Leaves x 2-3
Pure Honey x 2-3 tsp
Directions
Add all the ingredients to the blender/ nutrient processor. Have them blend on high for 1-2 minutes until smooth. in addition to it is cook to last served!
