Pumpkin Seeds x two tbsp
Chia Seeds x 1 tbsp
Rolled Oats x 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract x 1 tsp
Baking Soda x 1/2 tsp
Baking Powder x two tsp
Grated Fresh Ginger x 1/2 tbsp
Coconut Oil (melted) x 1/2 cup
Greek Yogurt Unsweetened x 1/2 cup
Salt to taste

Directions
Preheat oven to 190C. In a large mixing bowl, mix Oat Flour, Ground Cinnamon, 1/4 loving cup of Sunflower Seeds, Chia Seeds, Rolled Oats, Salt, Baking Soda as well as Baking Powder together. In about other mixing bowl, stir Greek Yogurt, Coconut Oil, Fresh Ginger, Vanilla Extract, Whole Eggs as well as Pure Honey together until good combined. Pour the moisture mix into the dry out mix as well as stir until combined. Add diced pears into the mix as well as crimp them inwards evenly.
