Checklist for Problem Skin

Do:                      
  • Be diligent amongst your Basic 1-2-3 program also every bit doing The Extras 1-3x per week
  • Eat good (lots of fruits & vegetables)       
  • Drink lots of water               
  • Try chlorophyll, 4T inwards H2O 2x daily       
  • Try eventide primrose oil  
  • Get regular facials if possible           
  • Keep your hands off your facial expression upwards

Don’t:

  • Pick at your skin
  • Eat sugar
  • Drink sodas (regular or  diet)
  • Eat fast-food
  • Use harsh scrubs
  • Use products that dry out out your skin
  • Let the squall upwards residuum on your face
  • Go to slumber without cleansing (especially if yous wearable makeup!)
